Excel work in summer holidays

1.  My father gave me a printout and asked me to write it in Excel.
2. The printout had a list of company names ,  dividend money and date. 
3. I’ll give some examples for companies:  NTPC limited, Bharat petroleum,  Aurobindo pharma etc.
4. Then after I finished entering data, my father made a bar chart using all the companies.
5. I stored it as Div G and emailed him
